广藿香组织培养的研究概述

摘　　要：广藿香是广东道地药材之一,由于长期采用扦插繁殖,导致其后代种质退化,无法提供大批优质种苗。而采用组织培养的方法,不仅有助于广藿香优良种质的保存、复壮,对于解决广藿香生产中的连作障碍等问题也具有重要的意义。通过查阅相关文献资料,对广藿香试管苗组织培养过程中外植体的选择、消毒,愈伤组织的诱导,试管苗的分化,丛生芽扩繁、生根、炼苗以及移栽进行综述,提出了广藿香组织培养规模化生产的问题,并对广藿香组织培养的发展前景进行了展望。Pogostemon cablin（Blanco） Benth is wide spread in southern China and widely used. However, the ways of traditional vegetative propagation, cutting breeding can not meet the large demand of the production with high quality. It also caused succession cropping obstacle and made its quality lower. In order to solve all these problems, researchers take the method of tissue culture. By means of tissue culture, it is expected to raise numbers of high quality seedling within a short period of time. The method of tissue culture can not only be useful for the maintenance of excellent seedling, but also meaningful to solve the obstacle of succession planting. This article discusses the selection of the segments of Pogostemon cablin （Blanco） Benth explants, size of the explants, and method for their sterilization. This paper also involves the selections for the culture medium of callus induction, bud differentiation and root generation. It summarizes the appropriate compose of the culture medium. It also discusses how to cultivate Pogostemon cablin （Blanco） Benth in vitro. This paper also embraces the restrictive problems of large-scale production and presents the prospect of tissue culture of Pogostemon cablin（Blanco） Benth.
