重度OSAHS患者手术前后位听功能结果分析

摘　　要：目的观察手术治疗对重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syn-drome,OSAHS)患者听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR)及静态姿势描记(posturography,PSG)的影响。方法对32例重度SAHS患者手术治疗前后及20例正常对照者进行ABR测试及PSG检查,比较其结果。结果重度OSAHS患者ABR波Ⅰ、Ⅴ潜伏期及Ⅲ-Ⅴ波间期比对照组延长,PSG各指标增加;手术治疗3月后,OSAHS组ABR各波潜伏期及波间期与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,而PSG各指标较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论重度OSAHS患者的脑干听觉传导功能受损,静态平衡能力降低,手术治疗有助于早期改善静态平衡功能。Objective To describe the effect of operation on auditory brainstem response（ABR） and posturography（PSG） of patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods The ABR and PSG of 32 patients with severe OSAHS before and after operation and control group were examined and compared. Results ①The latency of wave I and V of patients with severe OSAHS were longer than that of the control group.The PSG indexes were increased.②There were no differences in latencies and the interpeak intervals of wave I,Ⅲ,Ⅴ before and after operation.The PSG indexes were decreased significantly after the operation（P0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion The auditory brainstem structure are impaired and the ability of static balance is reduced in patients with severe OSAHS.Operation helps to improve the early static balance function.
