摘  要:预约服务是医院缓解看病难,提高服务品质的重要手段之一。开展全预约诊疗服务首先从预约挂号做起,逐步建立档案管理体系,从而实现预约诊疗及预约病历信息,主要改革点就是把过去的挂号室、病案室和门诊、住院服务的平台结合起来,主动地做好预约诊疗的管理,借此来提高病人自主预约性,有效缓解无序就诊带来的高峰压力,减少病人的候诊时间。The reservation service is one of the important means to ease the difficult medical treatment and improve the quality of service.We should start registration with an appointment firstly,and then establish record management system to develop medical service with all patients' appointment.Thus appointment diagnosis and treatment can be achieved.The main reforms were to make the past registration room,medical record room and the outpatient,inpatient service platform combining,take the initiative to do an appointment management,and enhance patient autonomy appointments.So that can effectively alleviate the peak pressure due to the disorder treatment and reduce patients' waiting time.
