摘　　要：适用于卫生资源缺乏、经济条件差的乡级卫生院的门诊病历管理形式,简单实用的方法就是复写门诊病历,它有利于门诊病历的使用和管理,避免卫生院发生门诊医疗纠纷时举证不能。采用复写纸复写病历的管理形式,是一种既经济又便于医疗机构保全证据的门诊病历管理方法,可供卫生资源缺乏、经济条件差的乡级卫生院借鉴。Autotype outpatient records method,a outpatient records management form,is suitable for township health center which is lack of health resources and poor economic condition.It is conducive to the outpatient service medical record use and management,and it can avoid the occurrence of medical disputes in hospital.Autotype outpatient records method,outpatient records management form,is both economic and convenient for evidence preservation of medical institutions.It is available for township health center.
