摘　　要：RemoteApp技术在服务器上安装、管理和执行应用程序,仅键盘、鼠标点击和屏幕更新的信息在网络上传输,用户在客户机上运行远程服务器上的应用程序时只能看到应用程序运行的窗口。基于RemoteApp技术,客户端通过互联网实现远程病案首页录入。当病案首页录入服务器端上传速率达到5M/秒、数字化病案以65536色(16bpp)显示时,远程客户端即使采用普通的ADSL上网,病案首页录入系统也可以流畅运行,数字化病案的阅读也能达到实用的程度,在实施远程病案首页录入时应注意系统的安全性。The features of RemoteApp is install,manage and execute application programs on server.Only the keyboard,mouse clicks and screen updates are transmitted over the network.users can only see running windows of the application when executing application programs on remote server.Client entered the front sheet of medical record through the internet based on the RemoteApp.When the upload rates of front sheet of medical record entry server-side up to 5M / sec,and digital medical records were showed 65536 colors（16bpp）,the front sheet of medical record entry system can run smoothly and reading of digital medical record can achieve a practical level even with ordinary ADSL internet access.
