摘　　要：利用医院信息系统平台,研发出院病案回收管理系统,实现病案回收电子化管理。该系统可监控每份病案的回收情况,完成各种数据统计,使三日回收率由2003年的40.0%上升到2010年的98.5%。应用出院病案回收管理系统,提高了病案回收率,有力地促进了病案管理质量的提高。Filing and Management System of Discharge medical records was developed based on Hospital Information System（HIS）.E-management of medical record filing was achieved.This system can monitor the filing process of every medical record and finish all kinds of statistics.Three days filing rate rise from 40.0% in 2003 to 98.5% in 2010.Filing and Management System of Discharge medical records can improve the filing rate,effectively promote the improvement of the quality of medical records management.
