摘　　要：目的探讨纸质病案的现代化管理方法。方法借助于影像系统将纸质病案转化为电子文件形式,并建立相应的检索系统。结果纸质病案的数字化达到了预期效果,改变了原有的病案管理模式,提高了工作效率。结论影像处理是纸质病案电子化的较好手段,便于与未来的电子病案系统整合,达成真正意义上的病案现代化管理。Objective To investigate modern management methods of paper-based medical records.Methods By means of imaging system,convert paper-based medical records into electronic document and establish the corresponding retrieval system.Results The digitalization of paper-based medical records achieved the desired effect,reformed the management model of history medical records and improved efficiency.Conclusion Image processing is a better means of digitalization of paper-based medical records that makes it easy to combine with future systems of electronic medical records and ultimately achieves modern management of medical records in the true sense.
