摘　　要：目的分析单病种不同手术方式的费用效益,为有效利用医疗资源,制定合理的医疗费用标准提供依据。方法选取子宫平滑肌瘤、胆囊结石伴胆囊炎、单纯性阑尾炎等三种单病种,对其两种手术方式的住院费用、住院日、患者满意度等方面的差异进行分析。结果三种单病种腹腔镜手术组与开腹手术组在费用、住院日、患者满意度等均有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术既减轻患者疼痛,术后恢复快,又缩短住院日,提高患者满意度,可有效控制医疗费用。Objective In order to use the medical resource more effectively and make more reasonable standard of payment,we study on the cost benefit of different operation method of the single disease.Methods We choose the diseases leiomyoma of uterus,cholecystolithiasis with cholecystitis and appendicitis to analyse the differences of the cost benefit of different operation method of the single disease on different aspect such as hospital expenses,day in hospital,patient satisfaction.Results The operation expenses,day in hospital,satisfaction of patients with laparoscope and patients without laparoscope have statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery can help the patients to relieve the hurt and recover faster,shorten the hospital stay,improve patient satisfaction,effectively control medical costs.
