负性生活事件对北京地区军队老年男性离退休干部生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的了解军队离退休干部生活质量的现状及负性生活事件带来的影响,为制定该人群的健康管理措施提供依据。方法从2007年10月1日～2008年3月30日,使用健康状况量表对430例军队离退休老年人的一般情况、生活质量及其影响因素进行横断面调查。结果不同年龄段和近期是否发生负性生活事件各组的老干部生活质量不同。不同年龄段在生理功能、生理职能和活力3个维度评分结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄越大,各维度分数越低。近期发生负性生活事件者在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、精神健康、情感职能和社会功能各方面维度评分相较无负性生活事件者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对军队老年男性离退休干部有针对性地开展健康教育和心理健康咨询,是提高该老年人群生活质量的可行方法。Objective To investigate the current quality of life and its related factors among retired cadres in order to improve policies of medica1 and health care for the retired cadres in Beijing.Methods From October 1st,2007 to March 30th,2008,across-sectional surveyed by SF-36 scale was carried out on 430 male veteran cadres.Results Qualities of life varied with different states of age,negative life events or BMI.There is a difference between the younger retired cadres with the older in physical functioning,role physical or vitality（P0.05）.The older,the lower the score of each dimension.Negative life events group had difference in physical health and mental health compared with group without negative life events（P0.05）.Conclusions To improve and optimizing the quality of life service for the retired cadres,efforts should be paid to physical and mental health education,and improve medical services.
