摘  要:目的:观察皮瓣埋入神经后不同时间获得神经再支配的范围。方法:兔耳大神经埋入转移到耳背的颈肩部失神经皮瓣,用神经原性血浆外渗和图像分析法测量皮瓣的染色面积。结果:3 .0 cm 直径圆形皮瓣下埋入1 .5 cm 长神经,术后1 个月为103 .5 m m2 ,3 个月为312 .3 m m 2,5 个月为459 .0 m m 2,8 个月为585 .5 m m 2,分别占皮瓣总面积的16 .8 % 、50 .7 % 、74 .6 % 和95 .0 % 。结论:兔3 .0 cm 直径圆形皮瓣埋入1 .5 cm 长皮神经后8 个月可完全获得神经再支配。To observe the dyed regions of skin flaps with nerve implantation at different intervals.Methods:After the rabbit great auricular nerve embedded in the cervico shoulder flap which was transplanted to the ear dorsum,the neurogenic plasma extravasation and image analysis techniques were used to measure the dyed area of the flap.Results:After the nerve 1.5 cm in length was embedded in a round flap with the diameter of 3.0 cm,the dyed region and the percentage it accounted for are as follows:1 month 103.5 mm 2 and 16.8%,3 months 312.3 mm 2 and 50.7%,5 months 459.0 mm 2 and 74.6%,8 months 585.5 mm 2 and 95.0%.Conclusion: The flap with the diameter of 3 cm implanted a nerve 1.5 cm in length could completely be reinnervated in 8 months.
