摘　　要：核心竞争力这一概念原在企业界广泛应用,近些年来逐步在高校中得以传播。高校基层团建是团的建设的基础,在新时期下应以提高学生核心竞争力为目标,这是增强基层共青团组织活力的有效途径。The concept of the core competitive power was widely used in business world,in recent years gradually in colleges and universities.The communist youth league construction of the university is the foundation of the construction of the group,in the new era should be to improve the students＇ core competition for goal,which is to enhance the communist youth league organizations vitality in an effective way.
