摘　　要：在中国高校,"90后"新生党员有着鲜明的群体特征,正确把握"90后"新生党员的特点,启发其形成对党的正确认识,提高新生党员自觉性,以其有效带动和激发广大新生积极参与各项学校文化活动中,提升学生思想政治教育工作的实效性,不仅仅是做好高校新生党建工作的关键,也是做好中国高校学生培养工作的关键。In Chinese colleges and universities,＂90s＂ new party member has a distinctive group identity,correct grasp of the ＂90 characteristics of new party members,inspired the formation of the party＇s correct understanding of,improve the consciousness of the newborn party members,with its effectively stimulate and arouse the newbornthe key to actively participate in the activities of the school culture,to enhance the effectiveness of the students＇ ideological and political education,not only do college freshmen party building work,but also the key to develop Chinese university students.
