加强高校二级党校工作的实践与思考

摘　　要：目前高校二级党校培训存在着教学管理不够规范、教学资源相对匮乏、教育受众不够宽广、课程设置较为随意以及课堂教学感召力不强等问题,在大党校理念指导下,将二级党校培训放在大局工作和核心工作中去部署,提出通过加强制度建设,扩大受众范围,重视师资整合,丰富教学内容的建议,来提升二级党校党员教育质量,促进二级党校培训合理健康地发展。At present,secondary college training in teaching and management is not standardized,the relative scarcity of teaching resources,not enough wide audience of education,the curriculum is more casual,classroom teaching charisma and other issues,in large party philosophy under the guidance,secondary school training putto deploy in the overall situation of work and core work to strengthen the system and reach a greater audience,emphasis on teacher integration,enrich the teaching contents suggested two Party to improve the quality of education of party members,and promote a reasonable and healthy development of the training in the secondary party school.
