摘　　要：本文为探讨大学生网络关系成瘾倾向与社交回避与苦恼的关系,通过对大学生网络关系成瘾问卷和社交回避与苦恼量表对310名大学生施测。依据实验结果:(1)网络关系成瘾倾向得分在性别和年级等维度上存在着显著性差异。(2)网络关系成瘾倾向高、低组在社交回避与苦恼量表总分上在显著差异。(3)社交回避与苦恼量表总分和社交苦恼与网络关系成瘾倾向均存在显著正相关。社交苦恼能显著的正向预测网络关系成瘾倾向。总结得出:社交苦恼是大学生网络关系成瘾倾向较为有效的预测源。This paper investigates the relationship between cyber-relationship addiction of college students and social avoidance and distress.Through the different types of internet addiction scale and social avoidance and distress scale administered to 310 students.According to the testing results：（1）There were significant differences in gender and years on the scores of cyberrelationship addiction.（2）There were significant differences in high Group and low Group on the scores of cyber-relationship addiction.（3）Cyber-relationship addiction had significant positive correlation with Social distress and total score of Social avoidance and distress Scale.Social distress was significant positive predictor of Cyber-relationship Addiction.Got a conclusion that：Cyber-relationship addiction is a significant predictor of tendency to cyber-relationship addiction.
