摘　　要：巴林特小组以小组讨论的方式,帮助家庭全科医生发现和解决他们在治疗实践中所遇到的各种问题,促进其沟通技能的发展。在此基础上,他还在国际范围内发起了巴林特运动,在多个国家建立了巴林特协会,同时召开会议和出版杂志,从而有效地促进了全科医学领域和精神分析领域的相互融合。巴林特逝世后,伊妮德.巴林特继续推广巴林特小组,于1972年成立了国际巴林特联盟,目前国际巴林特联盟发展到23个国家。巴林特小组也已经被引进到我国的医疗卫生和教育部门。The method of group discussion by the Balint Group helps the family general practitioners to discover and solve the various problems encountered in the practice of their treatment,and to promote the development of their communication skills.On this basis,he initiated the Balint movement internationally,established the Balint Associations in many countries,and meanwhile convenes meetings and published magazines so as to effectively promote the merging of the general medical field and the field of psychoanalysis.After the death of Balint,Enid o Balint who continues to popularize the Balint Group,established the International Balint Union in 1972 ad so far the International Balint Union has been established in 23 countries.The Balint Group has also been introduced into China＇s health and education sectors.
