摘　　要：主要介绍了2011年以来我国钢铁工业运行情况和存在的问题，提出了行业应对困境的措施，并对“十二五”期间我国钢铁行业的发展前景进行了展望。The paper mainly introduces the performance of the Chinese Steel Industry since 2011 and the Existing Problems. meanwhile, countermeasures against current plight have been put forword. Finally,the development prospect of china＇s steel industry during ＂12th Five-Year plan＂ is discussed.
