摘　　要：首秦公司质量一贯制建设从管理入手，通过建立从客户到客户的系统的管控流程，实现精准过程控制，实施精细板材文化理念，实现流程问题的系统全面解决，并培养出质量工程师队伍，提高驾驭流程的能力。借鉴国外先进企业建立了适合首秦经营模式的三级质量工程师管控队伍。基于完善的二、三级系统建立了自动化的系统管理报表，实现数据实时采集监控，将质量与信息化充分结合，建立了信息化的数据质量体系。将带出品缺陷名称直接对应到岗位与设备，出现问题责任清楚快速反映。全面的客户需求走访，了解客户关键需求，结合得到良好实施客户的设备工艺特点，有针对性的保证客户产品质量，并降低质量成本。The construction of consistent quality system has been started from management in ShouQin metal material company management, Through the establishment of the control processes management system from customer to customer, precise process control has achieved, the fine plate culture concept and systematic and comprehensive solution to the problem of process has implemented, and a quality team of engineers has developed to improve the ability to control processes. Draw on advanced foreign enterprises to establish a quality control team of engineers of business model for the three levels. Based on comprehensive secondary and tertiary system, automated systems management reporting has been set up, real-time collection of data monitoring has implemented, fully integrated the quality and information technology, a data quality system information has been establishmented. Defects in the name of the band produced directly correspond to positions and equipment problems, quickly and clearly to reflect the responsibility. Comprehensive customer visits to understand the key customer needs, combined with a good implementation of the customer＇s equipment by technical characteristics of targeted customers to ensure product quality and reduce cost of quality.
