摘　　要：主要结合首秦公司船板质量整改分析船板质量缺陷的成因，通过整改现场经验介绍船板质量缺陷的控制措施，同时介绍了国内外船板在质量、管理及信息系统等方面的差距，指出首秦公司下一步的改进方向。This paper is aimed to analyze the reasons of the quality defects formed on the Hull structure steel plate according to the modification of steel panel of Shouqin co., Ltd. It is introduced a feasible measure to control the quality defects of steel panel combined with the spot experience. In addition, the differences in the quality, management and information system between the domestic and foreign companies are also pointed out in order to guide the future improvement of Shouqin co., Ltd.
