摘　　要：从理论的角度，分别介绍了企业竞争情报系统的定义、国内外发展现状、运作流程、组织框架以及具体的环境监视、市场预警、决策支持、对手分析、技术追踪和信息安全等六大功能。然后从应用的角度，介绍了企业竞争情报软件作为竞争情报系统核心的主要作用、国内外竞争情报软件的主要特点，如何选择购买以及部署竞争情报软件，竞争情报软件普遍存在的问题以及在理解上的误区。最后对竞争情报系统以及竞争情报软件做出了总结和展望。At first, the definition, development status at home and abroad, operating process, organization framework and actual six functions, such as environment monitor, market early warning, decision support, rival analysis, technique tracing and information security, of the enterprise competitive intelligence system were introduced theoretically. Then the main function, major character of software, shopping and deploying, universal problem and misunderstanding of enterprise competitive intelligence software was given in detail. And finally a summary and expectation of the enterprise competitive intelligence system and related software was made.
