摘　　要：影响教学效果的因素诸多,例如教学资源、教学设计、考核手段、教师素质等。常州纺院课题组在实施有效性教学研究中从制订有效性计划、建设立体化教材、精制多媒体课件、创设情境式教学、优化过程性考核、实施精细化管理、引入"工学型"理念、践行"育英才"师德等多方面进行了探索与实践,并取得了显著成绩。本文着重介绍在课程建设中立足服务于专业和学生,提高教学有效性的研究与实践。Many factors that affect teaching effectiveness, such as teaching resources, instructional design, assessment methods, the quality of teachers. Changzhou Textile Institute research group in the implementation of the effectiveness of teathing to develop the effectiveness of plans, the construction of three-dimensional materials, refined multimedia courseware, the creation of a scenario=based teaching, optimize the assessment of the procedural, the implementation of refined management, the introduction of the concept of ＂engineering type＂, practice ＂training talents＂education for ethics and other aspects of exploration and practice, and made remarkable achievements. This article focuses on of research and practice of curriculum building based services to professional and students, to improve the teaching effectiveness.
