摘　　要：随着互联网的发展和域名的广泛应用,域名争议纠纷日益增多,但传统的纠纷解决方式存在重大缺陷,UDRP域名争议解决机制应运而生。域名争议解决机制既不是诉讼,也不是仲裁,对其性质和特点的理解和把握是我们研究UDRP域名争议解决机制的关键。With the development of the Internet and the wide application of the domain name, domain name disputes are growing, but the traditional way of settling disputes have major shortcomings, the UDRP domain name dispute resolution mechanism came into being. Domain Name Dispute Resolution mechanism, neither litigation nor arbitration, understand and grasp of its nature and characteristics of our research the key to the UDRP domain name dispute resolution mechanism.
