摘　　要：分析了大连市社区图书馆的现状,提出了社区图书馆的办馆思路、服务内容、管理方式,对社区图书馆建设作了初步的构想,以期引起政府部门、社会公众、房地产开发商对社区图书馆建设的关注和重视。This paper analyzes the present situation of community library in Dalian City, proposes the library running concept, service contents and management some management ideas, service contents and management approachs of the community library, and makes the preliminary conception of the community library construction on the purposes of arousing the concern and attention from the governmental departments, social public and real estate developers.
