摘　　要：分析了制约科研成果转化的因素,探讨了将科研成果应用到战略新兴产业中的对策,阐述了高校图书馆在促进科研成果转化过程中的积极作用。This paper analyzes some factors constraining the transformation of scientific research harvests, probes into some countermeasures for applying the scientific research harvests into strategic emerging industries, and expounds the positive effects of university libraries in promoting the transformation of scientific research harvests.
