摘　　要："以人为本"倡导人文关怀,实行人本和谐管理,充分发挥人的主观能动性,提供人性化服务,是现代图书馆的发展方向。探讨了新时期高校图书馆以人为本管理理念的树立,并从以馆员为本和以读者为本两个方面进行了论述。The people-based concept, which advocates humanistic care, implements people-based harmonious management, gives full play to people＇s subjective initiative and provides humanized service, is the development direction of modern library. This paper probes into how university library to establish the people-based management concept in the new period, and discusses the people-based management for librarians and readers.
