摘 要:目的 探讨TORCH、未成熟网织红细胞指数与胚胎停育的相关性.方法 采用抗体捕获酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定62例TORCH阳性(其中22例胚胎停育)和20例正常孕妇的血未成熟网织红细胞指数水平,比较单纯TORCH阳性组、胚胎停育组及正常对照组间未成熟网织红细胞指数差异,分析未成熟网织红细胞指数、TORCH抗体阳性与胚胎停育的关系.结果 胚胎停育组分别与单纯TORCH抗体阳性组及正常对照组未成熟网织红细胞指数比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而单纯TORCH抗体阳性组与正常对照组间的未成熟网织红细胞指数比较则差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 未成熟网织红细胞指数与胚胎停育有关,联合TORCH抗体检测对胚胎停育的诊断有参考意义.Objective To investigate correlation analysis of missed abortion and immature reticulocyte fraction. Methods Sera immature reticulocyte fraction measured by ELISA in 62 patients with positive TORCH ( including 22 patients with missed abortion) and 20 normal pregnant women. The level diversity of sera immature reticulocyte in were analyzed in positive TORCH pregnant women and missed abortion women comparing with norm al pregnant women, espectively. Correlation of missed abortion and immature reticulocyte fraction and TORCH in sera were analyzed. Results The sera immature reticulocyte fraction level of missed abortion group was significantly diferent from positive TORCH .~ pregnant group and normal pregnant group { P 〈 0.05). While there were no significant sera immature reticulocyte fraction diferenee between positive TORCH pregnant group and normal pregnant group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of sera immature retieulocyte fraction is related with missed abortion,detecting sera immature reticulocyte fraction combi ning with detection of TORCH antibody is valuable for diagnosing missed abortion.
