摘 要:目的 通过探讨终末期肾脏病(ESRD)行维持性血液透析(MHD)患者动脉硬化的各项指标与血清一氧化氮(NO)水平的相关性,寻找能预测动脉硬化的血清标志物.方法 选择在我院血透室行MHD患者40例,行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,测量内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块数量、大小,评估血管硬化情况,同时采用酶联免疫比浊法测定血清NO水平,比较两者之间的相关性.结果 MHD患者血清NO水平与颈动脉IMT大小呈负相关(P〈0.05),与斑块数量、斑块面积无相关性(P〉0.05).结论 MHD患者血管重塑与NO代谢紊乱有关,但斑块的形成可能与NO的代谢无关.Objective To look for serum markers that can predict the extent of arteriosclerosis, through the investigation about the relevant influence of each index hardening of the arteriosclerosis and the serum levels of nitric oxide ( NO ) in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with end-stage renal disease ( ESRD ). Methods Forty MHD patients from our hemodialysis center were chosen, the carotid artery color doppler ultrasound inspection was carried out, in- tima-media thickness ( IMT ) , plaque number and size were measured, the extent of arteriosclerosis was assessed. Results The level of serum NO was negative correlation ( P 〈 0.05 ) with carotid IMT size, and no relevance with plaques quantity and plaques areas ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The vascular remodeling of MHD patients is relevant with metabolic disorder of the serum NO, and there was no relevantship between the plaque forming and the metabolism of NO. [
