缬沙坦联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析缬沙坦联合贝那普利应用于糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者99例,随机分为治疗组,对照组1和对照组2,治疗组采用缬沙坦、贝那普利,对照组分别采用缬沙坦与贝那普利单独治疗,观察各项化验指标并分析。结果治疗组和对照组相比,治疗组尿蛋白下降程度明显优于对照组1、2,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且三组均无严重不良反应发生。结论缬沙坦和贝那普利联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效好,有效降低血压、尿蛋白,并延缓疾病进展,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analysis combined with valsartan and benazepril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy effect applied to.Methods 99 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy,were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,treated by valsartan,benazepril,control group respectively the effects of valsartan and benazepril treatment alone,the laboratory index and analysis on.Results The treatment group and the control group compared with the treatment group,urinary protein levels decreased significantly better than the control group 1,2,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,and three groups had no serious adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion The effect of valsartan and benazepril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy clinical curative effect good,effective in reducing blood pressure,proteinuria,and delay the progression of the disease,improve patients＇ quality of life.
