温热贴治疗中重度风湿性关节痛、颈椎痛的临床评价

摘　　要：目的观察温热贴对风湿性关节炎和颈椎病伴中重度疼痛患者的镇痛效果和不良反应。方法 69例关节痛、颈椎痛患者随机分为两组,试验组(36例)应用温热贴,1次/12h,对照组(33例)应用路盖克片1～2片,1次/6h。两组均连用7d。评价指标为疼痛强度、疼痛缓解率、生活质量、不良反应。结果温热贴总疼痛缓解率为88.3%,对中、重度疼痛的缓解率分别为92.6%、55.6%。与对照组相比,止痛效果无显著性差异,但生活质量改善为优,不良反应低,患者接受程度好。结论温热贴是治疗风湿性关节炎和颈椎病伴中重度疼痛的较好方法。Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of tepid paste in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and cervical vertebrae pain.Methods 69 rheumatoid arthritis and cervical vertebrae patients with moderate and severe pain were divided randomly to receive a piece of tepid paste q12h（n=36） or Galake 1~2# q6h（n=33） for 7 days.Results The total remission rate of tepid paste on rheumatoid arthritis and cervical vertebrae pain was 88.3% and those for moderate and severe pain were 92.6% and 55.6%,respectively,similar to those of Galake.It had better quality of life,few and slighter side effects.Conclusion Tepid paste is an effective and safe agent for treatment of moderate rheumatoid arthritis and cervical vertebrae pain.
