脑室冲洗治疗颅脑术后继发颅内感染的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨使用脑室冲洗在治疗颅脑术后继发颅内感染中的临床效果。方法选取2006年1月～2011年1月进行颅脑术后继发颅内感染的31例患者,均采用脑室冲洗的方法进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 31例患者在治疗后全部痊愈,其中,在4～9d痊愈的27例,占87.10%,在9～15d以内痊愈的4例,占12.90%,全部病例未出现严重并发生,没有死亡病例发生。结论对颅脑手术后继发颅内感染的患者进行脑室冲洗治疗,具有比较确切的临床疗效,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the use of ventricular lavage in the treatment of intracranial infection after craniocerebral operation on the clinical effect of secondary.Methods From 2006January to 2011 January,31 cases in our hospital were secondary to intracranial infection after craniocerebral operation patients,using ventricular lavage for treatment,curative effect.Results 31 patients all recovered after treatment,which in 4 days to 9 days of recovery in 27 cases,accounting for 87.10%,in less than 15 days to heal in 4 cases,accounting for 12.90% of all cases,did not appear serious and occurs,no deaths occurred.Conclusion The secondary to intracranial infection after craniocerebral operation performed in patients with ventricular lavage treatment,compared with the exact effect,is worth popularizing.
