临床护理路径在计划性剖宫产产妇健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析临床护理路径在计划性剖宫产产妇健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取近年来实施计划性剖宫产妇152例,随机分成实验组及对照组各76例,对照组采取传统护理方法实施健康教育,实验组采取临床护理路径实施健康教育。结果组间比较,实验组比对照组剖宫产手术相关知识掌握度、健康教育相关内容掌握度、对护理满意度均明显增高,且住院时间显著缩短,P<0.05。结论临床护理路径提高了护理质量,使护患关系更加融洽、科学、规范,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical care path in health education in the planned cesarean section. Methods Select in recent years, our hospital 152 cases of plarmed cesarean delivery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 76 cases, the control group to take the traditional methods of care of health education, the experimental group to take the implementation of health education to the clinical care path. Results The comparison between groups, the experimental group than the control group cesarean delivery knowledge to master degree, health education master degree, were significantly higher nursing satisfaction is high, and hospitalization time was significantly shorter （P〈0,05）. Conclusion The clinical care path to improve the quality of care, the nurse-patient relationship more harmonious, scientific, standard and worthy of clinical application.
