老年糖尿病患者骨折手术前后的护理

摘　　要：目的总结分析老年糖尿病患者骨折手术前后的护理方法。方法总结42例糖尿病患者合并骨折的围手术期护理。护理重点是术前加强饮食、心理护理,做好血糖监测、同时完善术前准备,术后加强病情观察、并发症的预防及护理,重视饮食管理和合理的功能锻炼。结果 42例患者血糖均控制良好,手术成功,无感染、酮症酸中毒等并发症发生。结论老年糖尿病患者骨折手术前后临床护士应以合理的护理路径对其进行护理,医生-护士-患者合理协作才能降低围术期并发症的发生率和病死率。Objective To analysis the nursing methods before and after surgery in the elderly diabetic patients with fractures.Methods Choose 42 diabetic patients with fractures,sum-up their perioperative nursing,before surgery,the nurses should pay attention on strengthen diet、mental nursing and do blood glucose monitoring,at the same time,we should do preoperative preparation well.We should strengthen the observation、complication prevention and nursing after surgery,at the same time,emphasis on dietary management and reasonable functional exercise.Results The blood glucose of all were under control,every operations were successed,there was no infection、ketoacidosis and other complications after surgery.Conclusion We should use reasonable care path way to nurse the elderly diabetic patients with fractures,doctor-nurse-patient should cooperation to reduce the perioperative complications and mortality.
