摘  要:针对低温或表层段固井候凝时间长的问题,采用价格低廉、早强作用强且性能稳定的促凝剂有利于缩短固井时间和提高固井质量。为此,研制了过渡金属复合盐类促凝剂LT-A并系统评价了该促凝剂不同加量(1%、2%和3%)情况下的油井水泥浆性能,得到了促凝剂LT-A对油井水泥的影响规律:促凝剂LT-A能促进油井水泥的水化能力,缩短水泥浆稠化时间,显著提高水泥石早期抗压强度,加入促凝剂LT-A的水泥浆稠化时间与原浆稠化时间之比小于等于0.5、水泥石6h抗压强度(39℃、常压)大于等于4.0MPa,完全满足促凝剂评价标准SY/T 5504.4—2008的相关要求。实验还进一步证实:LT-A对水泥浆流变参数和初始稠度基本无影响,是一种性能优于CaCl2的新型促凝剂。For solving such problems as low temperature and long WOC time in the cementing of surface casing,studies have been conducted to develop a kind of cost-effective,early-strength and stable accelerator to shorten cementing time and improve cementing quality.Therefore,this paper introduces a new transition-metal salts accelerator LT-A,and also systematically evaluates the effects of LT-A doses(1%,2% and 3%) on oil-well cement performance.It is concluded that the accelerator LT-A can enhance the hydration of oil-well cement,shorten the cement thickening time,and significantly improve the early compression strength of cement stones.The ratio between the thickening time of cement to which LT-A is added and that of the original cement slurry is ≤ 0.5,the 6 h compression strength of final cement stones(39℃,normal pressure) ≥ 4.0 MPa,which all agree with the accelerator criteria listed in the industrial standard SY/T 5504.4-2008.The experiment further proves that LT-A as a new accelerator with performance superior to CaCl2 has no effect on the cement rheology and initial cement consistency.
