摘 要:通过对CO_2气体保护焊焊接过程中燃弧能量的分析,得出在一般试验条件下燃弧初期能量占燃弧能量的大部分,在此基础上,采用电子电抗器调节,在短路燃弧期间采用不同的电子电抗器,一方面满足短路阶段较小的飞溅,另一方面在燃弧前期切换电子电抗器加快电流下降速率从而满足燃弧期间较小的燃弧能量的要求,获得一种CO_2气体保护焊低能量输入的方法。According to the analysis on the arc energy in the carbon dioxide arc welding(CO_2 arc welding),it was concluded that the early energy of the arc takes majority in the arc energy.On this basis,the electronic inductor was used in the system,and different electronic inductors were applied separately in the short circuit and arc stage.On the one hand,the low welding spatter can be obtained;on the other hand,the arc energy in the arc stage can be reduced by increasing the welding current decrease rate in the early arc stage with switching the electronic inductors in the early arc stage.A process to reduce the heat input in CO_2 arc welding was put forward.
