摘  要:采用交流缝焊机对00Cr18Ni10N奥氏体不锈钢进行了缝焊工艺试验,并对接头的组织和性能进行了分析。试验结果表明,00Cr18Ni10N缝焊接头中热影响区和熔核区硬度均较母材低;近缝区是缝焊接头性能的薄弱环节。Seam welding of 00Cr18Ni10N austenitic stainless steel were carried out with alternating current seam welding machine,and the microstructure and properties of the joint were analyzed and tested.The experiment results show that the hardness of heat-affected-zone and the nugget area in the joint of 00Cr18Ni10N is lower than that in parent metal.The area near the weld bead is a weak zone in the seam welded joint.
