摘　　要：以其独特的地理、文化背景,洛阳牡丹在洛阳形成了产业化发展之势。产业集群合作行动是从现实主体互动角度探讨产业集群的重要性并对现实中的产业集群实践操作提供指导意义。文中从产业集群合作行动的角度对新中国成立以来的洛阳牡丹产业化演进进行梳理,将其分为抢救与恢复、奠定基础和产业化初步发展3个阶段,分析洛阳牡丹产业化发展面临的问题并提出对策。Peony in Luoyang formed the trend of industrialization development owing to its unique geographical and cultural background.Industry cluster cooperation is the one to discuss the importance of industrial cluster from the perspective of the interaction between reality subjects,which is of significance for guiding the practices of industrial cluster in reality.This paper combed the industrialized evolution of peony in Luoyang after the foundation of the People's Republic of China from the aspect of industrial clusters cooperation action,which was divided into three stages,i.e.rescue and recovery stage,the stage to lay foundation and preliminary industrialized development stage.Finally,the problems cropping out in the industrialization development of Luoyang peony were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward.
