摘 要:采用预乳化、半连续种子乳液聚合法为聚合工艺,利用无机二氧化硅改性纯丙烯酸酯弹性乳液,使之兼有有机相和无机相的优点,制备有机-无机复合弹性乳液。分别选用3种不同形态的二氧化硅(纳米二氧化硅粉体、硅溶胶、正硅酸乙酯和A-151)进行对比试验,考察了二氧化硅形态对聚合物膜力学性能、吸水率、光学性能、耐热性等性能的影响。结果表明:二氧化硅形态对有机-无机复合弹性乳液涂膜性能有较大影响,二氧化硅以正硅酸乙酯和A-151的加入方式为最佳。The Organic- inorganic hybrid elastic emulsion was synthesized by polymerization process of seed emulsion combined with semi - continuous pre - emulsification method. The acrylate elastic emulsion modified with silicon dioxide was endowed with both organic and inorganic phase advantages. Three different forms of silicon dioxide were used for comparison tests: nano silica powder, silicon sol, TEOS and A - 151, etc. The influences of forms of silicon - dioxide on the polymer film properties, such as heat resistance, optical property, water absorption, mechanical properties, etc. were investigated. The results showed that the influence of the forms of silicon dioxide on the Organic - inorganic elastic emulsion film properties was obvious, and the most favorable form of the silicon dioxide was TEOS and A - 151.
