摘  要:福建省产区发生琯溪蜜柚叶片斑驳、果实变小及全株矮化的病树是柑桔黄龙病引起的。采用电镜技术与 PCR技术研究 ,证明其病原 BL O在形态、大小与构造上和柑桔黄龙病病原 (BL O)相同 ,其病原 DNA、PCR扩增及 Southern Blot分子杂交的结果 ,证明它与柑桔黄龙病病原 PCR的产物具有很高的同源性。本病具有传染性 ,能通过病梢嫁接传染给琯溪蜜柚的健苗。In the recent years,diseased plants of Guanximiyou pomelo have been found in the production areas of Fujian province.Symptoms of this disease include leaf mottle,small fruit and stunting.Bacterium like organism(BLO) associated with this disease was found to be similar to that of citrus yellow shoot based on the morphology and structure of the BLO determined by electron microscopy.Huanglongbing BLO was also detected in these diseased plants by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)combined with Southern blot analysis with radiolabeled oligonucleotide probe.This disease is graft transmissible from the diseased plants to healthy ones.
