摘　　要：对DNA分子标记技术:RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SSR、ISSR、SNP等的原理和特点,进行了简单分析,并介绍了DNA分子标记分类、遗传多样性分析、品种鉴定、连锁图谱构建和分子标记辅助育种方面的应用情况。展示这项技术的发展具有巨大的应用潜力和广阔的应用前景。This paper elaborated theory and characteristic of DNA molecular marker of RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,SSR,ISSR,SNP etc.Some achievements in Gastrodia elata.genetic relationship and genetic diversity,DNA fingerprint-foundation,genicprint-design,genetic orientation and marker assistant selection were analyzed.All these features lay out their potential and foreground of application in Gastrodia elata.genetics and breeding.
