不同区域和温度下蛤蚧卵孵化期的初步研究

摘　　要：目的研究孵化环境对蛤蚧卵孵化期的影响。方法以广西药用植物园蛤蚧研究基地和大新县宝圩蛤蚧养殖基地作为试验点。于蛤蚧产卵期分别在各试验点选择18枚有明确产卵日期的蛤蚧卵作为试验对象,作好室内温度记录。在孵化期间,记录卵破壳日期。结果经过2005年和2006年的试验表明,广西药用植物园蛤蚧研究基地组温度相对较低,孵化期较长,平均孵化期为104 d,大新县宝圩蛤蚧养殖基地组的室内温度较高,孵化期为92 d,前者比后者的孵化期长12 d。结论养殖基地更利于蛤蚧卵的孵化。ObjectiveTo study the effect of incubation environment on the incubation duration of gekko gecko egg. MethodsThe experimental base of breeding Gekko gecko was in Guangxi Botanical Garden of Medicinal Plant and the base of breeding Gekko gecko was in Baoxu of Daxin County.18 Gekko gecko eggs with clear birthday were selected and the temperature were seriously noted every day.The birthday of little Gekko gecko were recorded in duration of incubation. ResultsThe average time of incubation was 104 days in the experimental base of breeding Gekko while the average time of incubation is 92 days in the base of breeding Gekko gecko.The study was carried out in 2005 and repeated in 2006.The result showed that the average time of incubation was shorter in the base of breeding Gekko gecko of Baoxu of Daxin County than the experimental base of breeding Gekko gecko of Guangxi Botanical Garden of Medicinal Plant. ConclusionPlanting and breeding base is better for incubation of gekko gecko egg.
