摘　　要：以汽车内饰件产品为研究对象,开展了产品可持续设计流程与设计工具研究,提出了将环境和安全因素引入产品的设计和开发,从而在现有汽车内饰件新产品开发流程中整合可持续设计的新思路。建立了一种符合中国汽车内饰件生产企业实际情况、包括初始安全环境审议、概念开发环境审议、产品开发安全环境审议、最终安全环境审议、正式投产后的环境审议反馈等内容的汽车内饰件产品可持续设计流程及可持续设计支持工具,为我国汽车内饰件企业实施产品可持续设计、提高可持续创新能力提供了思路和借鉴。Taking the auto interior trimming parts as research objective,this paper has carried out the investigation on the design process and design tools of sustainable products design.A new idea has been proposed,through integrating environmental and safety aspects into existing product design and development process of automotive interior trimming parts,so as to establish sustainable product design process,which is consistent with the reality of Chinese auto interior trimming parts enterprises.This paper will provide ideas and lessons for domestic automotive interior trimming enterprises to implement sustainable product design,and to improve sustainable innovation capability.
