摘  要:目的:采用HPLC同时测定青海不同地区羌活中异欧前胡素的含量,为评价羌活质量及人工种植羌活提供理论依据.方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱;流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(70∶30);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:310nm.结果:不同产地的羌活异欧前胡素含量有差别,同样产于大通的羌活,人工栽培品种的异欧前胡素含量高于野生品种.结论:羌活中异欧前胡素含量与产地生境、栽培技术和羌活本身品种差异有关.Objective: comparing the content of isoimperatorin by HPLC in Notoptergium Incisum col- leted from different area of Qinghai province, evaluate the quality of Notoptergiurn Incisum and provide evidence for their artificial cultivation in Qinghai. Methods: the method was chromatographed on Kromasil C18column and the mobile phase was methanol --0. 1% phosphoric acid(70 : 30). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and isoimperatorinwere detected at 310 nm. Result: the differences on the content of imperatorin were obvious. The content of isoimperatorin in cultivar is higher than that in wild. Conclusion: the concent of isoimperatorin in Notoptergium Incisum refered to the environmental factors, the cultivation technique and different varieties.
