摘　　要：物流企业不仅要追求经济效益和社会效益,也要重视生态效益,发展绿色物流。通过对苏南地区物流企业分类及现有评估标准的分析,阐述物流企业生态效益评价的必要性,基于物流企业在货物包装、运输、储存等环节影响生态环境的因素分析,运用问卷调查法和李科特五分量表法,创建了物流企业生态效益评价指标并进行指标内容的效度检验,通过层次分析法和模糊综合评判理论进一步构建指标体系的评价模型,结合具体物流企业加以评估,以此促进企业、社会和经济的可持续发展。Logistics companies must not only pursue economic and social benefits,but also pursue eco-efficiency.This paper analyses the classification and evaluation criteria of logistic enterprise to state the importance of eco-efficiency.Base on influencing factors of ecological environment in the packaging,transport,storage and unloading,it creates a specific index system of eco-efficiency about evaluating the logistics company by questionnaire survey and five-point Likert scale method.Base on Fuzzy-AHP theory,it constructs evaluating model of eco-efficiency to evaluate logistics enterprises in order to promote sustainable development of the enterprises and society as well as economy.
