城郊结合部用地及生态环境问题研究——以四川达县城郊结合部为例

摘　　要：随着工业化、城市化进程的推进,城郊结合部处于动态迁移状态,其用地及生态环境问题凸显。化解这些问题已成为当务之急,并日益受到政府和学术界的广泛关注。文章以四川达县城郊结合部为例,揭示并分析了城郊结合部主要的用地及生态环境问题建,剖析了这些问题产生的根源,提出了解决这些问题的具体措施,其主要包括:(1)科学制订城郊结合部不同层次的规划;(2)加强农村建设用地监管;(3)改革现行的土地管理与经营体制;(4)强化城郊结合部生态环境管护措施。With the advancement of industrialization and urbanization,suburb district is in the condition of dynamic and migration,at the same time the problems of land use and ecological environment appear.So how to solve these problems has become the urgent matter,and received extensive attention of the government and academia.Based on a case of Daxian＇s suburbs,this paper reveals the main problems of land use and ecological environment,and analyses the root of these problems,and puts forward the specific measures to address these problems.Those mainly include：（1） To work out the different planning levels of suburb district scientifically;（2） To strengthen the supervision of rural construction land;（3） To reform current land management and operation system;（4） To strengthen the measures of managing and protecting the ecological environment of suburbs.
