摘 要:采用叶片浸蘸法测定 4株苏云金杆菌 (Bt)菌株对小地老虎 1龄幼虫的毒性 ,毒力回归式分别为 Y =11.6 36 1+2 2 .36 6 5X (Bt94 )、 Y =3.0 74 6 +15.5579X (Bt95)、 Y =8.0 4 0 0 +2 3.52 95X (Bt96 )、 Y =7.340 9+18.2 990 X (Bt97) .Bt对小地老虎 1- 3龄幼虫的毒杀效果随幼虫龄期上升呈显著下降 .Bt处理 3龄幼虫的死亡率仅在 0 - 5.0 0 % ,与对照无显著差异 .经初步观察 ,受测菌株对小地老虎有一定的亚致死效应 ,表现在幼虫对 Bt处理的叶片有拒食现象 。Virulence test of four strains of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) on black cutworm [ Agrotis ypsilon (Rottemberg)] was conducted by leaves dipping method. The virulence regression equations were Y=11.6361+ 22.3665X (Bt94), Y=3.0746+15.5579X (Bt95), Y=8.0400+23.5295X (Bt96) and Y=7.3409+ 18.2990X (Bt97), respectively. The virulence decreased sharply with the increase of larvae instar, and the mortality of 3 instar larvae treated with Bt was only 0-5.00%, which was not significantly different from CK. It was also found that Bt had sublethality effect on larvae which were antifeedant to the leaves, and the weights of individuals were lower than those of CK.
