摘　　要：2011年3月11日以来,日本遭遇到9级震灾、海啸、核危机的冲击,促使多家企业将工厂转移到海外。当前,海外转移已成为日本企业发展跨国经营的新趋势,也对世界经济的发展提出一些新课题。Since 2011.3.11,Japan was impacted by the 9 gratitude earthquake,Tsunami and nuclear crisis.This forced many Japanese enterprises transfer their factories oversea.Currently,oversea transformation has been the new trend of Japanese enterprise to develop their transnational management,and this also raises some new issues for development of global economics.
