减四线加氢处理油蜡产品生产流程短化

摘  要:用真空干燥和过滤工序代替真空干燥和过滤后跟加氢补充精制的流程对减四线馏分油(重VGO)经加氢处理工艺生产的油蜡产品进行后处理,实现了流程短化。实验室研究表明,采用简化流程处理HVIⅡ10脱蜡油,可去除其中的水分,从而解决了油品的浑浊问题,同时也降低了油品中的溶剂含量;采用同样简化的流程处理减四线改质脱油蜡,可得到70#微晶蜡标准要求的产品。采用短化流程的工业试生产结果表明:消除了油品浑浊现象,溶剂含量降低,HVIⅡ10脱蜡油可达到其质量标准,并且能耗和物耗较低;对于减四线改质脱油蜡,生产流程短化后,除了滴熔点略低于70#微晶蜡标准,其他指标均满足70#微晶蜡标准的要求,特别是其溶剂含量下降明显,但其颜色略有加深。The after-treatment process of finishing lube base oil and wax products made from heavy VGO via hydrotreating technique was optimized by using vacuum drying and filtering(hereinafter called as short process) to take the place of vacuum drying,filtering and hydrofinishing(hereinafter called as long process).Pilot plant studies and commercial tests with the short process show that,to the HVIⅡ10 dewaxed oil,the water content which is responsible for the turbidity of oil is decreased and the turbid appearance is eliminated,and the solvent content in oil is decreased as well,all its quality properties are well to meet 70# microcrystalline wax,with a relatively lower energy consumption and material consumption level;To the deoiled wax,except for the drop melting point is slightly lower than that of 70# microcrystalline wax,other properties can meet the specifications of 70# microcrystalline wax,especially its solvent content is decreased significantly,but the color becomes slightly deeper.
