摘 要:在活性污泥工艺中,Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)盐都是常用的化学辅助除磷药剂,但有关二者对活性污泥系统的影响及加药后系统恢复能力的研究较为少见。通过考察常规水质指标、污泥性能指标及功能性微生物活性等,全面研究了投加Fe(Ⅲ)及Fe(Ⅱ)盐的前、中、后期系统的变化。两种药剂的投加都有利于对COD和PO43--P的去除,并改善了污泥絮体的形态结构和成分。Fe(Ⅱ)盐对污染物的去除作用较Fe(Ⅲ)好,且含Fe(Ⅱ)盐的污泥性能较好,但在后期停止加药后污泥性能不能迅速恢复到原水平,比Fe(Ⅲ)盐更容易对系统造成冲击。硝化细菌和亚硝化细菌的活性均受到投加铁盐的影响,但投加Fe(Ⅱ)的反应器受影响更为严重。Both Fe( Ⅲ ) salt and Fe ( Ⅱ ) salt are commonly used as phosphorus removal chemicals in the activated sludge process. There are few studies on the effect of both on the activated sludge process and the recovery of the reactor after adding the chemicals. The variation of the system before, during, and after adding Fe ( Ⅲ ) salt and Fe ( Ⅱ ) salt was studied by measuring conventional water quality indices, properties of activated sludge and activity of functional microorganism groups. Both Fe(Ⅲ) salt and Fe( Ⅱ ) salt were beneficial to removing COD and PO4^3- - P as well as improving the morphological characteristics and structures of flocs. In terms of pollutant removal effect and properties of activated sludge, Fe (Ⅱ) salt was better than Fe ( Ⅲ ) salt. However, after the addition of chemicals stopped, the reactor with Fe (llI ) salt showed less impacts and faster recovery than the reactor with Fe ( Ⅱ) salt. The activities of ammonium and nitrite oxidizing bacteria were affected by addition of Fe salts, and the influ- ence on the reactor with Fe ( Ⅱ ) salt was greater than on the reactor with Fe (Ⅲ) salt.
