摘 要:以污泥龄分别为4和20 d的两组SBR反应器为研究对象,利用SMT法测定活性污泥、细菌细胞和EPS中磷的形态与分布,探讨了污泥龄对活性污泥中磷形态和分布的影响。研究结果表明,高SRT污泥的TP含量约为低SRT污泥的1.56倍,这主要是由于前者较后者有更高的OP和AP含量。高SRT污泥中细菌细胞和EPS的TP含量均高于低SRT污泥中的,且高SRT污泥中EPS的OP含量远大于低SRT污泥中的。高SRT污泥的细菌细胞和EPS分别较低SRT污泥的细菌细胞和EPS有更大的厌氧释磷量和好氧吸磷量,前者厌氧释磷和好氧吸磷主要源自其OP含量的变化,后者则主要源自其IP含量的变化;在厌氧/好氧反应过程中,污泥中EPS的IP含量改变主要源自其NAIP含量的变化。The speciation and distribution of phosphorus in activated sludge, bacterial cells and EPS were determined using SMT method in two SBRs with SRT of 4 d and 20 d. The effect of SRT on the speciation and distribution of phosphorus in activated sludge floe were investigated. The results showed that TP content of the high SRT sludge was about 1.56 times that of the low SRT sludge due to greater or- ganic phosphate (OP) content and apatite phosphorus (AP) content in the high SRT sludge. TP contents of both bacterial cells and EPS in high SRT sludge were more than those in low SRT sludge. Further- more, OP content of EPS in high SRT sludge was much more than that in low SRT sludge. The phosphor- us released or absorbed by bacterial cells and EPS in high SRT sludge was more than that in low SRT sludge. The phosphorus released in anaerobic stage or absorbed in aerobic stage of high SRT sludge main- ly originated from OP content change, while the phosphorus released in anaerobic stage or absorbed in aerobic stage of low SRT sludge mainly came from IP content change. Moreover, in the course of anaerobic/aerobic reaction, IP content change of EPS in the two kinds of sludge was mostly attributed to NAIP content change.
