摘　　要：目的:开发、建立并应用药物使用信息短信服务系统(SPMSS),促进患者用药依从性的提高。方法:基于阿帕奇网络服务器管理软件(Apache)等技术,结合医院信息系统(HIS)中的患者用药数据,通过建立药物服用时间触发机制,开发出可提醒患者及时、正确服药的SPMSS,并对202例患者进行服务前后的自身对照依从性比较。结果:该系统可在患者应服用药物的时间前10 min左右自动向患者的移动通信工具发送用药短信。服务前与服务后比较,完全依从例分别为125、201例,部分依从例分别为77、1例,完全不依从例均为0,服务后情况明显优于服务前(P<0.01)。结论:SPMSS的应用能够明显促进患者的用药依从性,提高药学服务水平,具有推广应用价值。OBJECTIVE： To develop,establish and apply short pharmaceuticals message service system（SPMSS） for drug use,and to improve medication compliance of patients.METHODS： Using Apache web server management software and other technology,combined with the data of drug use in the hospital information system（HIS）,the SPMSS which put patients in mind of taking drugs on time correctly,had been developed by establishing medication time trigger mechanism.Compliance of 202 patients was self-contrasted before and after service.RESULTS： The system would send message to patients＇ mobile phone 10 min before medication.Compared between before and after service,there were 125 cases and 201 cases of complete compliance,77 and 1 partial compliance.No non-compliance case was found.The compliance after application was significantly better than before（P0.01）.CONCLUSIONS： The application of SPMSS can significantly improve patients＇ medication compliance,raise the level of pharmaceutical care and has practical application value.
