摘　　要：目的:阐述Markov模型基本概念和基本分析方法,为Markov模型在药物经济学中计算效用值的应用提供方法学参考。方法:参考国内、外相关文献及专著,结合具体实例对Markov模型在药物经济学中的运用进行阐述。结果与结论:Markov模型能较好地模拟慢性疾病的发展过程,特别适用于对临床干预远期效果的决策评价。OBJECTIVE： To introduce the basic concepts of Markov model and its basic analysis method aimed at providing methodological reference for the application of Markov model in calculation of utility value of pharmacoeconomics. METHODS： Consulting a great deal of literature and information at home and abroad, the application of Markov model in pharmacoeconomics was illustrated on the basis of special example. RESULTSCONCLUSION： Markov model can simulate the process and development of chronic disease, especially for the decision-making evaluation of long-term clinical intervention effects.
